"Cardamom and Cinnamon Spiced Coconut Milk Chia Seed Pot with Caramelised Apple Purée"



Chia Pudding

4 tbsp chia seeds

1 cup coconut milk 

1 vanilla pod

2 or 3 cardamon pods

1 tbsp cinnamon or half a stick of cinnamon

Satueed Apples

2 apples peeled and diced

1 tbsp brown sugar

1/2 tsp cinnamon

A few drops of HERBALORIGIN Broad Spectrum CBD Hemp Oil


  1. Whisk all the chia pudding ingredients together in a bowl. Place in the fridge for a minimum of an hour. 
  2. Add the apples, sugar and cinnamon and cook on a medium heat for 5 minutes
  3. Reduce to a low heat and simmer for another 5-6 minutes, stirring often until the apples are soft, then remove from heat.
  4. Add desired amount of CBD into maple syrup and mix with apples.
  5. Layer the chia pudding and apples in small jars or in a bowl and enjoy.
